Build and finish

The Para 15’s housing is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, anodized matte black to resist wear from carbon buildup. Unlike cast or MIM components, the sear and hammer interface are wire-EDM cut to maintain engagement surfaces within 0.0005″ tolerance—critical for preventing trigger slap during rapid fire.

Spring tension is calibrated for positive reset at 0.110″ travel, a shorter distance than most aftermarket triggers. The nickel-Teflon coating reduces friction without requiring excessive lubrication, a practical feature for suppressed builds where carbon fouling is accelerated.
